How to make a toy plane (Free Plans)

- A wooden biplane is twice the fun. Fun for you to make, and fun for the kids to play with. This is my take on making a pretty simple but still awesome-looking plane.

My wife and Daughter are registered and the kids will love it. I am retired now and looking for new ways to use my years of experience in DIY. I plan on making several and painting them in different designs. A good idea to share with you is use and old wood knitting or even a metal one. Saves making a cone too. Love that you make the plan free - keep up this great work

Made this from your plans today in ash from the firewood pile. Just a few finishing touches and a poly finish to go tomorrow. I'll be making another half the size bigger as a bird feeder (which is what I was supposed to be doing). The plans worked a treat. Thank you for sharing. UK

I just finished the plane and it turned out great. I used scrap walnut and it is simply beautiful. Please make more plane plans available for this retired guy.

I don't remember exactly, probably birch, but lots of different woods would work. I used Odies oil to finish it, but any food safe finish should work. Good luck!
