What’s strange is the central figure is a metal mechanical figure in a suit. The two smaller figures run one a single motor each which is a mains voltage geared AC synchronous motor.

It isn't even Frosty and the reason u can tell this is cuz of 3 reasons 1: the inside of the mouth is black and not blue 2: the scarf is red and not red and yellow striped 3: his nose is a carrot and not a button
