Absolutely not. That does not look like a king shepherd at all. First and foremost, the king shepherd is simply a variant of a German Shepherd only larger. But purebred German Shepherds come in various coat types. Stock coat, plush coat, and long coat as this one is. The dog you are seeing is a long coat West German show line type German shepherd. There are so many German Shepherd lines that they can very drastically in looks. Of the show lines, there's the American show line, probably one of the worst lines, the pet line which is basically the backyard bread is basically the backyard line that really does not breed with purpose of temperament health etc, and the West German show line which this dog is. Then there are the working lines, the czechoslovakian, slovakian, West german, east german, Etc. Personally, I love the working lines the most because they retain the temperament and the health of the original German shepherd dog. They also retain the colors, black sable, sable, solid black, and bicolor. The West German show on usually come in black and red and the American show usually come black and tan
