Excellent. We have been sold a lie for to long . Everything about conventional farming is wrong and counterproductive. Our food is deprived of essential nutrients simply because plants are also deprived. Cheap food is plentiful but we are being starved of nutrients. I call it a "hidden hunger" and healthy humans have to come from healthy soil first. The old adage " we are what we eat" rings clear. Pius Floris is so right to say that education is vital for everyone. There is a new kid in town called Regenerative Agriculture and it's wonderful. It's our only hope.
The practice is not lost for ever,for almost all my life that was the only way my grand father and uncle manage their farm and i learn this very early in my training in agriculture.it is good to there are people still this way of farming.
