Not scripted. That clip was on a video about kids embarrassing their parents and it goes on longer. The kid talked back to his mother, refused to put it back and basically became a real smartass. His mother got really exasperated with him and ended up giving him a bloody good telling off right there in the store.

I think I am a bad person, when I heard him say he threw up cause the guy farted in his face, I think I laughed non-stop for like a minute, funniest things I have seen in a long time.
I was like "psshh drama queeeeeen!"
5:30 Reminds me of the same thing but worse that happened to me when I was young... I climb to the top of a tilted tree, the top broke off, I fell straight on my back and the top of the tree landed on my stomach. Couldn't move or breath for about 2 minutes. Finally got up and was okay. Well, physically okay. Every one else just stood there and watched instead of getting help or something.
It's interesting how people respond when they see someone get hurt. I was at a Walmart once with my young son, and he tripped and cut his forehead open on an arcade cabinet. Nearby employees just stood there with their mouths open in shock. I said, "Can you please get a first aid kit?" They didn't move a muscle, just wide-eyed stares, so my wife ran to the bathroom, grabbed some paper towels, and then we drove to the emergency room.
He only needed a couple of stitches, so it could have been worse, no thanks to the useless employees.
