This kind of attitude and dedication is truly amazing. Unlike the people in my country, those who put up stalls on the street, they never cared whether they are properly setting it up, never care if their surrounding is clean, never care whether the way they install it will damage the property and after the day end, they never bother cleaning up. This guy certainly considers everything. LOVE IT!

It is pure magic to watch the percussion that this wagon is deconstructed and wonderfully recreated into a street diner plus seating. Every movement is exact - no hesitation - just focus - no wasted movement just results. Every piece is set exactly where it is needed. Clothes are folded neatly. Every placement is exactly where is needs to be. This man is a wizard of organization. Every surface is clean. Safety is a primary consideration. Once the station is set up the cooking can start. I wish I was there to sit at the counter and enjoy his delicious food. May God bless him with. Good weather, a full stream of customers and a successful day. Very impressed. 💐

This man is amazing! I can't begin to describe his talent, his skill, his enormous work ethic and dedication to his passion. That's right. You have to have deep passion for doing what he does, taking the time and back-breaking manual labor to set up a semi-permanent, tiny outdoor eatery. Think about it. He could keep his little portable food stand operating there forever. He probably has some kind of local ordinance permit to operate his portable food eatery for a short period of time. Maybe he set up for an upcoming Japanese folk festival.
This man did this all by himself, with not a single helper. He might have children but they're probably in high school or in college at the moment. His wife is probably at home preparing the food as you can see the entrepreneur already brought it with him.
I couldn't do what this man does. He's a much better man than me. I can't match his work ethic. I thought having to retile my parent's home kitchen floor and bathroom was back-breaking work when I was 20 years old. It's nothing compared to what this guy does all the time.
