I find it funny that the ship was out of service for 15 months and only been in service for less then two weeks and they had to shut down the pool for painting😂 Maybe they should have done that before guests came back. Love the videos! Keep up the good work!!
I don't think they had it filled with water during the shutdown, so when they filled it for the 7/4 cruise and people got in it, the paint started peeling and had gotten really bad by the start of that second sailing. A bit of an unfortunate surprise!! :P

We're actually changing cabins for the first time ever on a B2B, ha ha... we had the same standard interior cabin booked for both legs, but we changed it up... we're doing a Havana interior the first leg and a Cloud 9 Spa interior the second leg... woohoo!! :D
To keep the shower curtain from popping out of the pan. We got a tip years ago to put two large binder clips on the corners of the curtain and one in the middle. Helps with weighing it down so it doesnt fly out and the floor doesn't get flooded and it helps prevent alot of the sticking to the behind moments.

Random info. Our friends went on carnival breeze to jamaica, grand cayman and cozumel not to long ago. When they LEFT PORT, they were informed that jamaica and grand cayman ports were closed. So the cruise was now for Belize, mahogany bay and cozumel....so if you booked excursions for jamaica and grand cayman you either had to get a refund or book an excursion for those ports....being that we have a cruise for breeze in December, im not sure how to react about this being the fact that they are not notifying anyone till the ship leaves🤔🤨
We knew Grand Cayman and Grand Turk and a few other places don't seem to be accepting ships possibly through the end of the year or longer, so I'm surprised that sometimes the cruise line doesn't give a bit more notice on changes like that. Yow!!
I think we are doing the same B2B, on the same ship, out of the same port, in the same State, from the same country, to the same islands next October (2022). I will probably have to re-watch these videos when our trip gets closer.🐸

My first time watching CZcams videos consistently. I enjoyed your videos. My wife enjoyed the highlights I shared with her. She has only been on a one-day cruise to the Bahamas and back. What's your next cruise? We are heading on the Magic on August 12th. I'm hoping after this cruise my wife will want to go on many more.
Another casino tip: don't wait until the end of the cruise to play the slots. Machines are much looser the first couple days. Someone else told you to bet minimum on the $1 Wheel of Fortune machine. That's a good tip, too. If you have to wait until the end of the cruise to get those credits, go to a table game. I like craps, but it can overwhelm people. Ask the dealers for instructions. They are super helpful! And it's fun to turn a few chips into lots of chips!

You're the cruisers I tend to watch the most so thanks for all your content and your regular postings, it's great for me to watch and dream that someday I'll get to cruise again. As for tips are being better at Casino, see if you can use your free play on Video Poker Machines if they have them. They a like playing regular poker but the house edge is much lower if you play it correctly, and it's just you playing one hand by yourself.

We did our first in May 2019 aboard the Carnival Legend, lost our chance to have one in 2020, and I think we're going to try to do at least one every year... coming soon to a screen near you!! :P

We haven't found a solid option yet, as we've only stayed in Miami once. We usually stay in Fort Lauderdale, but our go-to hotel shut down, hah... :P
