  • Hello fashion friends!!! Today I am going to be showing you how to drape, pattern, and prototype this cowl dress. I'll be giving you tips on how to pick the best fabric and how to work with the bias. Variations of this dress would be good for homecoming, prom, weddings, and more! Love you all!

    Silk Baron is my favorite source for silk charmeuse! It’s $25/ yard (as opposed to $22 if you’re buying fewer than nine yards fro Dharma Trading), but the quality is incredible and it’s still pretty cheap.

    When working with a stretch fabric, does the front need to be cut on the bias also?
