That's what will happen on wet or icy rails. The water/ice act as a friction deterrent, thus meaning you'd lose any grip on the rails and slide. Also, pay attention to the grinding on the rails. The Spicier it sounds, the closer you will be to derailing. Also, if you start going down a hill and picking up speed with a freight, slam the anchors and pray to whatever you believe in that you don't Kenosha the the train.

Great stream Rya!!! Just wanted to let you know that a true Slug locomotive does not actually have a cab on it. What you were operating is called a Switch engine. Both locomotives and slugs have traction motors on each wheel. The traction motor helps to get the wheels spinning and also helps to stop the locomotives. Most railroads rarely use Slugs anymore. It’s more cost efficient to just use an extra locomotive.

how can one man do so much crashing? its amazing! (btw if you want to not derail, pay special attention to the speed limits, i dont go the speed limit, i go 10 under just to be safe because if your in an 80, you never know when a 60 is going to sneak up on ya)
