That was absolutely brilliant, your moves flow perfectly, I enjoyed that alot more than most tricking samplers and there wasn't massive amounts of tricking in it! Good music choices as well :)

@Coerced no, there isn't a rule that says no contact, you get in the "ring" which we call roda, and you play the other person with respect but sometimes people like to play a little hard hitting eachother but also respecting the game which I love that, but sometimes u just don't like someone then u get in the roda n solve your problems in there lol, there are many different kind of games in capoeira all goes with the flow of the music, for me doesn't matter if you hit or not, as long as it resp
do you do gymnastics aswell as capoeira or just capoeira because i just started capoeira and i was inspired by this video! and i just want to know how to do most the moves you do and would starting gymnastics help or not??
