God is that heart fixer. Why do we think humans can fix us, I mean, we know how to give shoes to shoe makers to fix. How come we do the reverse when it comes to fixing the heart. God is the creator and He alone can put us back together.
Secondly, "...I know where to find you" this line alone is everything. His Spirit lives in us. There is a Spirit a man. He is within us. We just need to search within us and we will find Him when we call Him.
