Hierarchy of hazard control is a system used in industry to minimize or eliminate exposure to hazards. It is a widely accepted system promoted by numerous safety organizations. This concept is taught to managers in industry, to be promoted as standard practice in the workplace.

What they do with the dog in this video is overkill and very disturbing. It speaks to all the tyranny we have experienced in the last 2 years, more so in the last several months. It's very WEF, very klause schwab. If we can do this to dogs and other animals, the very same treatment will come for us.

This treatment kinda already did come for us "put on the mask, don't go anywhere, stay at home as much as possible, get 5 vaccines and 15 booster jabs, you wouldn't want the sniffles now would you"

Please why was there still a danger at the end of the video (when he knocked and a dog came out) after all the hierrachy of control were observed?

It is to demonstrate that you need to continually look for hazards as you do the task as conditions may change.

We used Adobe After Effects for this one. You could also use adobe character animator.
