Capcut has a free video upscaler. It's not amazing but it does sharpen the videos a little bit. Flowframes has frame interpolation which lets you increase the fps.

To get the same style, you can use the style reference (--sref) feature in Midjourney. You just need to find a reference image with art style you want. Then you can use a similar process as in this video to create images to animate, then put them into an Ai video generator. To be honest, I haven't seen any Ai video generators that do a really good job with anime style animation yet.
Nice video, but luma ai take more and more time, to generate video, and it's free version as only 5 generation per day, any better or good free image to video generator than luma ai, I know pika lab free version in free version character cannot move like this, any solution
I haven't had a great experience with free Ai generators, you pay for what you get. You could try stable video diffusion, although that will require more set up on your end

I think Luma is better than Gen-3 for most applications atm. Maybe when Gen-3 releases image-to-video it will catch up.

It's easy, prompt your cartoon character with the instrument you want him playing, then run it through a image to video generator
If you use image-to-video on Luma with a reference image of someone playing an instrument, it should work.

How did you generate the Pixar style image?
In the prompt of an image generator, ask for "pixar style". Or use style reference with a pixar style image as a reference.
I animated this too story using Pika 1.0 at the time haha..
