Hi, Bacche ko taste ka pata nahi hota hai. Milk bhi fika hi hota hai wo baccha kaise pi leta hai. Jab tak baccha mango nahi khayega usko mango ka taste pata nahi hoga. Same applies for all foods. Yeh bahut bada misconception hai ki baby salt and sugar ke bina khana nahi khayega. Saari cheezeion ka apna natural taste hota hai. Shuru me hi log baby ko salt and sugar ki aadat daal dete hai fir baby khane ko lekar choosy ho jata hai, fir parents complain karte hai ki baby kuch khata nahi hai. Baki ek pinch namak se taste me waise bhi koi fark nahi padega. Khana tab bhi fika hi rahega. Baat yahan taste ki nahi, nutrition ki hai. I don't know aap kahan rehte ho but according to guidelines all over the world, no salt and sugar until 1 year. Baaki log toh salad me bhi namak daal kar khate hai, jo ki theek nahi hai. We don't add salt kyuki zarurat hi nahi lagti, aise hi fruits and vegetables achchi lagti hai. Each to their own. Your baby your rules. Choose what best for you. Hope it helps 🙂
