Looks very nice. When I replaced my shield I rode it for about 3 days when everyone was telling me it was to dark? So I went back to the directions, yea who read those right? Well I missed a clear film that they had on the front of the shield. Rookie mistake. I took it off and took the thin film off the shield and now it looks great. I also put on a 6". Enjoy the riding and Ride Safe.
Now that was an easy install. Glad you're happy with it. I need to either buy a new windshield or try to rub the scratches out, Buying new would be easier. Take care and rsmf,,,
I'm a big guy at 6'5" with a long upper body so I always have an issue finding a proper windshield. You look to be a big guy too, how well is that bike working out for you now that you've had it awhile? I'm kind of torn between a Street Glide or a Victory Magnum. Absolutely love the boom box navigation with that big screen on the Glide though.
It's working out great, you should definitely take one on a test ride to be sure. The windshield is real easy to swap out, and I highly recommend freedom shields if your not sure what size to get, I also hear some HD dealers have a test ride program for the wind splitter line of windshields as well. The big screen is really nice to have, especially for navigation. I almost don't even have to look directly at it to know when my next turn is coming up.
+Giantmidgetmoto It does, but it zooms in a little to do it. So it ends up taking away some from video quality, so I usually won't do it. I was just noticing how much smoother your videos are than mine.
I’m 6’ but... I’m a giant midget, my torso is freakishly long, when I sit my head is even with someone who was 7’2” (only person I’ve ever known to sit as high as I do)
Seems like a very simple install. It's also nice to have the option to test it on the road and return it if it doesn't cut it.
Yeah they are a great company, I highly recommend them.
Your bike has a great sound to it. I could listen to that all day.

The windshield doesnt look to much bigger than the stock one but the wind buffeting certainly sounds much more quiet, good choice. ride safe my man
It's a definitive improvement over stock fore sure

You might want to snug those screws a bit more, cause everything shakes loose in time.
did you have a gap from the windshield being so thick? I just installed mine and now I have a decent sized gap on the sides.
Was a clear windshield an option? If so, why did you chose the tinted one?
Big brother strikes!! This vid popped up on suggested vids! Lol. ✌️🤦♂️
Ridin' Country bah hahahaa yes, google stalks the hell out of us.
😳🤭
Glad you like it. Do you use youtube stabilise on these or anything for that?
No, I've never tried it, does it work?

+SalemCBR what camera do you use?
+Giantmidgetmoto
Gopro hero 4 silver. Buying a new one soon, not sure which to get.
+SalemCBR have you tried running in super view? I hear that helps a lot with the shaking, as well as using as few joint pieces as possible.
What do you run for exhaust, seems awesome.
It has Vance&Hines slip-ons
giantmidget how tall are you?

This shield does not live up to it's claims. And you will loose up to $ 60.00 in shipping for the back and forth.
What size shield you installed?
6 inch, but after a longer faster ride I decided it was too short, so I will be getting an 8 inch version
+Giantmidgetmoto I put 7 inches on my SGS and it was too short too. Probably going for a 9 inches from LRS.
