Meet Nick Eyers, a Lead Maintenance Technician in Milton, WI. Since joining CNG in
October 2020, Nick consistently exceeds expectations. As an active member of the
Employee Engagement Committee, Safety Committee, and other plant initiatives, Nick
demonstrates his dedication to our purpose of Enhancing Lives daily. He is known for his
problem-solving skills, caring nature, and competitiveness, reflecting CNG’s values. Nick is
a trusted friend and great colleague who fosters a culture of care.
As employee-owners, Nick and his team collaborate on projects like Moonshot, driving
cost-savings and operational efficiency at the Milton facility. They also build strong
camaraderie through crew outings, strengthening their bonds outside of work.
