The model has a great personality (on top of being beautiful) and the questions she asked were very informative. Most of us watching are totally ignorant when it comes to these things and it's nice to have a model who is inquisitive and shows interest.
this model is so great! because of her questions you get more information and it's not awkward and quiet. the atmosphere is more relaxed when people talk. :)
i prefer models who ask questions because we can get more information from the answers
And it makes it less uncomfortable to watch too
I prefer deafening silence. It's more awkward that way.
I like when your models talk, you should Encourage it. your other models always seem so bored and uninterested

last time I shortened a video almost all of my viewers asked me to go back to my normal length, where I explain everything and skip nothing!!!! so that is what I am sticking to!!!! just fast forward!!!! hope that helps you understand decision why!!!!!

I like the makeup, but don't like the camera angle. his hand is mostly hiding what he's doing. and he doesn't show the product like other tutorials. Hard to know the exact color.
one I created for myself!!!! it has no orange in it!!! got to threecustom(dot)com call them and ask for my 2D bronzer!!!! they will know what you are talking about!!!!
Thanks for this tutorial. How do you pick the right color as your mid-tone and as your crease color? I wouldn't have thought of combining the ochre color with the silvery taupe, seems to be clashing to me, but that's where I need help the most: choosing color combination. I watched your video about color theory, btw, it helped a lot.
First of all, I have been waiting for an Asian model for-ever. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! I really got some helpful tips here. And I must say that I find your model's freckles to be adorable.
Secondly, I love listening to you speak throughout the video. Your interactions with your models is so relaxed and genuine. Also, YOU are so enjoyable to listen to - very relaxing.
But perhaps it would help the length of the video if you did just ONE eye instead of both.

How about doing a deep set hooded eyes ?
Go over them softly with a brown pencil and gently smudge them a tiny bit with your finger! Freckles are awesome! I hate it when my foundation covers mine.

This is extremely helpful! Is it possible to put up a video on how you maintain your brushes? I'm curious as to how a professional does it.. Everytime I clean/dry my brushes, they're never as soft as I first got them.. =/
Can you do a video for monolids?
I have to say, Asian eyes are really tough. I am asian and would only consider doing a bright silver smoky eye bc it opens the eye more. My sallow skin color does not look good with grayish tones.
I had to buy Lash Discovery from the US as it's discontinued here in England. Love the brush ! You are a genius at makeup. Only criticism is the sound was up and down a lot in this video.

Maybe it is just me but I hate that the model was asking questions. It made it harder to force on what you were doing maybe because I have never seen one of your models speak so it was different. But I love the make up. You do an amazing job. And totally one of my idols.

Cannot really hear the model and, when I can, her questions don't add any useful information but adds 8-10 minutes onto the video. Prefer when you explain without her interrupting. And if you do converse with the model, please put a microphone on her.
