I'm so glad you guys are getting back into rhythm with the channel again, I've known about your channel for a while now, but I didn't sub until a few months ago. I thought at the time that your channel might have been inactive or forgotten about with all your other work, but I loved the content and figured it couldn't hurt, but it's great to see these new videos. Thanks.

hi, just wanted to let you know i love your content. this specific video has inspired me to lose the weight i need to for medical reasons. it's hard for me to stay motivated because i used to be a ballet dancer, and i can't move like i used to. andy's openness about wanting to lose weight is strangely comforting. if an excellent artist/athlete like andy misses moving the way he used to and trains anyway, i can too. much love from the american midwest!

Your simplicity and complicity are so charming. The way you are supportive and available for one another teaches me a lot. A warrior is not someone lacking feelings but someone who has mastered them. I like the versatility of your hands. They can be as soft as a flower and harmlessly fondle a loved one. Nonetheless, they can also become as hard as the rock and fight with fearlessness and fury against the thoughtest enemy.
I love what you are doing during the quarantine. Just be yourselves guys, your "normal" is awesome. Keep improving though.

Glad to see the two of you getting back into your outdoor training regimen. You are positive examples and provide motivation to stay fit.
I lost weight over the past two months, in part because I ate as if there was a food shortage. I kept in mind that many people are worse off than I am, and my hunger pangs became minor in comparison. My biggest weakness was indulging in pastries, sometimes after dinner. Now, I still enjoy snacks, but it may be a single small cookie or some fruit.
Stay safe, everyone! Minimize going into crowded situations. Be respectful of those around you. And, keep the warrior spirit!

I feel that. 100 reps of basic exercises loses its edge after 3+ years. But these are new and nuanced fighting based exercises that also are a way of moving around all cool-like. I know it seems meaningless at this point but I'm sure if you keep your mind to it, all the monster fighting and contributing heavily to the partial destruction of major cities (if not entire cities! It's good to think* big) without significantly exerting your capabilities, will bring that sense of fulfillment and purpose again like it used to. You just gotta find the right reason for fighting in the first place, like King said.

recently found your vids and you guys are so good with your cinematography and your stunts. You guys are so talented as actors and obviously you have a very solid base in martial arts to make everything look so good if not you have me fooled. This behind the scenes kinda training video is really great and has inspired me to get back to my Kendo training. I slacked off because of life and the pandemic and work and well I have decided to reprioritize my health and wellness, and a large part of that was physical conditioning and practicing Kendo. (I know its not Kung Fu) Love all the content and subscribed so I can catch all the stuff you do in the future.

The awesome thing is that you two complement and help each other when training.
'dammit' is a good way to close a f*****g long form. It's infuriating and I hated those. Shamefully, I'm rather lazy when it comes to making physical effort and I've got to make room as we cannot stay out while under quarantine here still. :D
Brian, do take care of that knee, mate. If it takes two months to recover, then give it two months. Don't push it.

I wish I could train with guys like this especially now since I have terminal brain cancer. Time is precious, invest it in that which matters most to you.
