@@desiraefenton9428 the artist for this particular baby was Jessica Collier. She’s amazing!! I also love Jennifer Lincavicks - she made my Chloe and is making some special babies we have coming soon! And Lisa Stone made Carter - she is obviously an incredible artist and we’ll have another baby by her in the future as well!
"does he have a winky?" LOL did I hear that right? hilarious! This was a super fun outing!! I literally laughed out loud like 5 times. I loved the second bystander. He was really amazed and wanted to know more! That's how you do it REBORN FAM!! 👏

I’ve never shared a nickname with a reborn before. So cool. I’m much more drawn to the asleep kits, but Realborn Ruby is definitely one of the awake kits that has my heart.
When my mom and I go Christmas shopping, we always joke whenever we see stuff with Joy on it. My mom says it’s her season. I’m sure your Joy will be the same way when she’s older haha.

Whe I take them out I mostly go to a reborn meeting, friend or other doll collecter.
I have 19 reborns. I have awake ones and sleeping ones.from preemy to toddler.

I'm glad that you had a great time on your outing, with your awake baby AJ. I just got a new awake baby, and I'm really excited and a little nervous to take him out. I love how you hold all your babies in your arms. I still have mine in the carrier or stroller. When I take my Theo, aka awake Joseph, I'm going to try and hold him when I walk around like you. Call me crazy but I want one, I have wanted one as long as they have been a thing! Never got one cause I was embarrassed! But maybe someday I’ll get one, cause the older I get the less I am embarrassed about anything!!!

Sometimes whenever I take my awake reborn Zeke out in pulic, I use a carrier and face him toward my body, and I put a hat on his head so a lot of people think that he is a real baby

I love paradise galleries & berenguer la newborns have the CUTEST chubby faces!! When I was younger I had a baby boy porcelain & weighted newborn that I adored! He kind of looked like the Levi Kit actually but this was 20 or 30’years ago now. Wow! I’m getting old 😜 Enjoy your babies and don’t pay any attention to the rude haters. They’re just mad they don’t have a hobby that brings them happiness.

How do you take them out with confidence and not get nervous
Great question! I DO get nervous but I just tell myself that it’s okay if someone thinks I’m weird, it is a bit odd to take a reborn doll out in public however, the majority of people are very positive and think they’re pretty neat! Some even want information on how to get one themselves! I just remind myself that if anyone is negative, it doesn’t have to affect me or my life and I just keep going ☺️
