Far from what I know it was a "recent" game made in tribute of "Christophe Huet", a modder for classical Mario Bros games such as "Super Mario PC" and "Mario USA". Usually he made this games in the "The Games Factory" engine (The first one, I believe though not confirmated). He usually posted this mods in a forum called "Margasoft" (A French forum that doesn't exist though you can see in WaybackMachine). Also, inside the game I've find out that there is another character, called... "Minimerc DSL"? Or something like that... It appears to be a final boss after defeating Bowser and it's impossible to beat. When you approach him to the right a Donkey Kong song starts singing (I think it's the Donkey Kong 2's Boss Theme) and this character starts riding a rocket with a "national socialist" symbol in it (If you know what I mean). I couldn't defeat it as the game says, but still... Do you have any information that could help me?
@DreamerStudiosOfficial602 the first one is a SMW Castle remix composed by Torchkas, for SMW Central's 7th annual VLDC if I'm not mistaken The other 3 tracks can all be found in the game's level editor, they're the Snow, Ice Cave and Nighttime Overworld respectively!

The themes do look good, but the music doesn't sound like Mario World. Either the music sounds off, or it doesn't follow the Super Mario World leitmotif. Every level theme used the same melody in the original game. That's why Super Mario Maker 2 uses it in the new themes.
@@tonydogo8207 a good number of them are soundtracks composed for this game, like the Desert, Beach and Volcano themes. The one used for the Tipsy Turtle theme is Sky Sanctuary from Sonic 3 ^^
