Usually to the "Resettlement" areas, there is always space for the terrace, and the kitchen is in the garage. This may be referred to as "dirty kitchen", but for some, they no longer have separate/official kitchen aside from that found in the garage. This is what we are planning because ours is only 7x10. So far, I've never seen a floor plan like that.
Ps. I don't even know if there's someone who can visualize what I said. 😅😂
Pps. I replied to my own comment, trying to explain what's in my imagination. 😅

Using the ground floor plan in this as reference, what I'm trying to say is, the laundry area will be the common t&b, and then the space for the t&b and the bedroom 3 will be the garage, and then there will be no wall to divide the kitchen and the garage. Kitchen and garage in one. Will that be possible? 😅
