      Had done a track day on it. It can be a distraction. Just hadn't removed it.

    Great tip as I like to service my own bike, unlike Ducati who do everything possible to stop the owner modding or servicing his/her own bike.

      General Failure can be a number of things, e.g broken or loose wire, faulty switch, low / weak battery, water where it shouldn't be, might be worth getting it diagnosed at dealer. I doubt this will clear it. Thanks for watching

    Just question i now have about 620 kilometers on my 2020 1290 SDR,today i did were you slightly hold front brake and gas her in first gear for about 5 meter's, when i stop at the bottom of my dash yellow light said abs failure, then mtc failure everything works as it should,but now i have picture of engine,anyway of getting that car motor picture gone or reset,thanks if can help me out. Never had v-twin my last bike ZX14R,i love this damm thing,i just turned 56 years old,am smoking the young boys on there 1000 superbikes in the corners. So comfortable can't wait someone makes aftermarket fly screen,that works.

    • @rwilko9525
      @rwilko9525 Před 3 lety

      disconnect your battery, clean the ABS sensors and rings with a good cleaner. Works on 2015 after i give it a thrashing. If you're trying to do rolling burnouts you need everything turned off. It will throw up lights when the ABS and TC is kicking in....Exiting corners full tap or coming in too hot you'll see them flash. That's means they are working.

  • @ronleon62
    @ronleon62 Před 4 lety +1

    So it doesn't really reset, just extends the time you have until it comes on. Once it comes on, dealer must reset, is that correct?

    • @maximusvr46
      @maximusvr46  Před 4 lety

      no dealer doesn't need to reset, when it comes on you reset the interval which clears the service light on the dash
