    Interesting how you start your cut from bottom to top instead of top to bottom, but being that the glass is thin I guess it doesn't matter. Cool to see those old style running pliers or "back braking" pliers.
    I love to see this side of art glass! It's amazing how glass of all kinds has and is evolving incredibly fast!
    They can make sinks and what they call "glass table cloths" by using the same method and glass but on a much bigger scale!

      Françoise-Marie Thein no you do not need to make holes in the stainless steel mold

      Sandi Aberle Hi sorry i thought i had replied to this a long time ago.I used an unglazed tile. the original one was prepped with kiln wash, but someone picked it up and walked away with it.

    What kind of metal mold is that? Is it an actual mixing bowl or is it something that you ordered?

    Technically I think it's a former, not a mould
