  • From my 2nd story balcony this the monthly test of siren S07 in Grand Prairie,TX about 50 yards away. The test was shortened on this siren I'm guessing because of close proximity to apt's. Microphone input was lowered to 4 on Nikon Z50 however other sirens can be heard prior to and after S07's test run if you raise volume. Blew my ears out btw, super loud.

Ahhhhh!, you got one too! Theres an identical one behind my house (150/200 feet), and i can hear it loud and clear, indoors, with all windows/doors closed, and without my hearing aids! Only difference is the direction of rotation. I feel for ya!

Easy to confirm: 128s have the more angled cone and larger motor housing in the back. 135s have a larger cover with a slightly less angled cone and a smaller motor housing in the back.
