These tender fall off the bone delicious turkey wings are easy to follow and make perfect comfort food.
2-3 pounds turkey wings
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp adobo seasoning
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1 large onion
1 green bell pepper
Gravy:
3 tbsp butter
All of the pan drippings
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp creole seasoning
1 tsp complete seasoning
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
Bake at 375f for 1 hr and 20 minutes, then add gravy and bake uncovered for 35 minutes

Recipe looks great. I grew up in New Orleans, we put slits in the meat to add seasoning mixture directly to meat or pull skin back and coat, let it sit for two hours so they get to know each other.

I made these today. Absolutely tender and so flavorful!! Used corn starch for the gravy b/c my twins are gluten sensitive. Also, used green, red, yellow and orange sweet pepper cause we love them in our savory dishes. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!😊
