Their OS update record is abysmal. Their budget ones get only one and that too very late. I anyways never cared about the Realmes, Pocos, Vivos, etrc. of the world, but if I |have to take Moto seriously, they have to provide at least 3 years of OS upgrades. Given that their software is mostly stock and that Android is pretty stable now, 3 years is the bare minimum that they can do. Even behemoths like Samsung is doing 4 years of OS upgrades for their 13K phones.

The worst part is that after a few days, my phone got bricked after trying to restart it. Haha... now you must tell me that 'new Xiaomi devices don't have this issue.' I challenge you to go see the Amazon reviews of the Note 13 Pro+ and apologize to the audience whom you obligated in this comment section.
moto don't even advertise they provide a 68w GAN charger whereas other brands costs around 2.5k to 3k for a gan charger

Motorola updates are slow but I think their updates are more stable than other Android company software updates . I have been using moto g60 for the past 3 years and it was working great . In these three years For a very short period of time I am using mobile protector and back cover and I have only 2 minor semi visible scratches and the performance department is more or less the same as when I brought this phone .
same bro...i was using motorola g40 fusion (g60 and g40 fusion are basically same) for 2 years straight and never encountered any problem, atleast not because of any updates...and yes the performance of the phone remained exactly the same after 2 years...got a good exchange price too

I used Motorola phones from last 15 Plus yrs, Nice and sturdy phone to day to day use.
The 1st phone was Motorola W220 flip phone, then Moto G1st gen which I used for almost 5+ yrs, then used Moto G5+ used for 5 yrs now using Moto G52 since last 2yrs.
The main thing in phone is clean UI that I loved the most.
Overall good experience with Motorola.

i was using moto edge 20 fusion for a while issues i faced was software for camera stopped working, cpu stopped working but what attracts me to buy moto phones again is the clean UI and the feeling of using a premium phone

I have watched 4 to 5 reviews of this phone.
You are the only guy, told about gan charger, sale date and many underated features of this phone. None of any youtuber told this detailed, simply and fast.
Techwiser should look into the Moto Edge 50 Pro Camera issues like Overheating while recording video which results into FPS drop. This is legit I have seen video framerate go down to 22 23 FPS while recording in 30 FPS. HDR processing not working in 50 Mp mode. I have seen multiple tweets about this issue. I hope you guys cover it soon.

motorola update situation is okayish. they give updates which are bug free so its win for the consumer. better get bug free updates than buggy constant updates. also , really like moto cuz well i have one. g52. such a good phone

Using moto phone since 2019... My first moto phone was moto g40 fusion and now using moto g52... really good experience.. and the best part is the software, thats so smooth after 1.5yrs aslo... Doesn't feel like using a budget phone and camera are decent but with Gcam is like best camera phone under 20k also...loved it

I have a question on the physical button.
It looks similar to the edge 40 neo, i have been using it from 4 months and the power button and volumne buttons have come out 5 times.
Service center said its cause i put the tempered glass using uv light from a normal shop.
It is super frustrating and not sure if only happend with me, but is the button very steardy in this too?

To avoid that, keep the wifi or data, bluetooth and location off while charging. Because I tried, really it works.
