It is true that street side food is always underestimated but when the cook said that food ingredients are also unknown to customers in big restaurants, it really opened my eyes😳🤔🙌
Well big restaurants aren't hundred percent clean
But i can assure you two things there are no monkeys inside there kitchen. .. (In this video I saw one jumping around,) second thing is.. No dust and smoke particles from vehicles get inside there.

Lol its not a secret that most street food vendors use very bad oil, world will not lie or majority are not dumb, same way there will be few restaurants who use bad oil but mostly restaurants use good oil as they don't care about oil expense when they charge high prices
Give your knowledge anywhere.... At 120° c boiling temp. any microbes will definitely not exist on that food..... And, The dust particles coming from that road side... was a matter which can be discussed

Thanks for the upload.....something I noticed and wish to share..9.20 he offers the first portion of the food he was cooking to the fire..........this seems to be a very ancient practice.
I am of Fijian Indian origin, our forefathers were brought to the Fiji Islands from probably the Bihar/UP part of India probably in the 1800s and this practice of offering the first morsel of
any fried food to the stove fire has been continued to be practiced.

@@ASTeer1699 The food is not actually burnt but left close to the fire, guess it is not actually forbidden to eat the offering , and do note that only a single piece of the item is offered so no real wastage...in my opinion at least.

I visited odisha in 2015 when I was just 12 years old..., when ever I think about that journey I feel goosebumps..., I styaed in odisha just 3 days..., my train journey to last minute in odisha I enjoyed a lot..., that was the first time I saw a sea..., 5th may 2015 at 8 or 10pm I join the train journey... raat ko kuch dikhai nehi deta... aur nind bhi nehi aa rahi thi fir raat 12 baje pata chala ki kisiko bhi nind nehi aa rahi hai..., then me along my cousins starting to playing cards hum log call bridge khel rahe the...fir khelte khelte raat 2 baaj geye thee fir mai sone chala kab nind aa gayi pata hi nehi chala shubhe 5 baaje nind se utha to hum odisha pouch geye theee...,, 6 baje taak humne hotel book kiya 3 din ke liye.. fir hum sab fresh hue..., aur Jagannath puri dham ke liye rawana hue..mandir mai to bhai itna sukoon mila ki kiya batau... joo bhi mera yea journey padh raha hai usse mai suggest jaroor karunga ki ekdin na ekdin aap puri Jagannath mandir darshan karne ke liye jaroor jaye..., fir humne pura din mandir mai guzara , 3,4 bajje hotel aye aur nahake beach pe chale geye... beach mai bhi bahut maza aya... hum ne fish fry khaye , papdi chat kahye... aur bhi bahit kuch...fir agle din subhe ko 7 baje hum rawana ho geye odisha tour ke liye mujhe sab jageh ki naam yaad nehi hai... lingaraj mandir, nandankanan , udaygiri , dhawalgiri etc. etc. jagah ghuma fir agle din subha hum ne samundar pe bahut maze kiye... aur ussi din hum sham ka train pakad ke wapas kolkata aa geye... kolkata tatha west bengal mai bhi hum bahut ghume... mere 30 din ke journey mai 26 din hum west bengal me hi the... bahut ghuma bahut maze kiye fir wapas mere home state Tripura mai aa gaye... , jaab bhi mai us journey ko yaad karte huu mujhe goosebumps aate hai... what a great journey that was.....

The Staff there are very humble and happily treat you with all the delicacies , Aloo sabji and puri is too good
Good team with neat & hygienic, Orissa guys are good Chef's,
Main secret of food industry is Quality
huge respect to the master for dishing out those dishes...even 5 star chefs cant cook like him...the way he was eyeing the ingredients itself shows his command over the skill.
You cant even pay a dollar bills to eat 1star michelin so stfu.

Agreed that the address is shared here in the description, however sharing the details /exact location would be definitely welcome.

I'm from puri i eat many time's in this tiffin stall . The shop owner & all the staff are very humble they treat all the costumrs with good manners . And all the food items are attucally test so good .
You should try dahi lassi nearby this tiffin shop attucally it's different from other lassi must try it

The good thing about roadside food open kitchen and you really know that the food is done fresh on the spot,nothing is hidden like wont see in big 5* restaurants and all,,only thing you need to be aware of is that the person serving the dish is not handling money and anything else but the food.the rest is in front of you freshly cooked.
I respect that. you look so happy cooking for everyone. really cool stuff.

So true what the shop owner said about ingredients used in road-side shops versus those in bigger hotels. Even though all the ingredients are added in front of you, you end up looking at the road-side shop with a jaundiced eye. Whereas, one never even bothers to check the hygiene and products used in kitchens of the bigger hotels. Also, most items that the road-side shop makes are finished on that day itself. Everything is made anew the next day. I once found a part of a porcelain spoon in the soup in a really big restaurant. But never has anything I have eaten in these small eateries contained something like that or upset my stomach.
Boiled potatoes meshed by foot inside polybag I guess....
kind of true....almost every main stream restaurant ever has a pest problem. Ive worked in some and in a scale of severity of 5 pest problem is almost always 3. We do through cleaning and extermination almost once a week but those buggers keep coming back
