In all honesty, a very underrated camo that I never see anyone mentioning is the xray camo from aw, it's a really cool camo, you can basically see through the gun and it's insides and it's colored light blue, but I don't know why no one ever talks about it
I was about to say the same.
Its crazy to me that some of BO2's purchaseable dlc camos are SO much better than most of nowadays Mastery Unlockable Camos. Like if BO2's Dragon Camo was in like MW2 as Mastery id be way more motivated to go for it

Treyarch made 1.99$ camos some of the best camos ever and nothing in the past 4 years of CoD has been able to compare to those DLC camos let alone Bo2 Diamond itself

Crazy little detail I noticed about Cherry fizz and Dark matter are the same camo but a color swap and it has the same texture as Dark matter
The FAD's iron sights are almost perfectly aligned with the pause and play circle if you pause the video 3:08
Missed a few from AW like the lighting one
And the disco camo, that's my favorite camo in cod history. Criminally underrated camo in my opinion

There was also cosmic, or the "green into the void" camo as well. So, there were actually 2 variations, not just the 1.
not mentioning royalty on aw is a crime. Especially the royalty variants of guns that gave it the purple royalty camo. Severely underrated camo imo

Honestly, Orion is one of my favorite COD camos, it has all my favorite colors involved in it, it's animated, it's vibrant and shiny in the light, doesn't act like a beacon in the dark
I remember when BO2 came out with the dlc camos I really wanted the bacon camo when I was like 9

For BO2 if you went to a dark area the Ghosts camo will slightly start to turn a bit blue🙌
Blowing blossoms, eather wave and pretty much most event camos of mw2022 was missed.

For the into the void camo, they are from the zombie map Revelation and they are beautiful
Since I am most familiar with Pre BO3 camos, my favorites apart from the obvious BO2 Diamond and BO gold.....
- Dragon is my favorite. Love the colors, fire animation, the calling card you get with it. I think what else makes it look sexy is the green scales. The fact that you only had to pay $2 and you get it for all your guns and 3 reticles makes it even better for me.
- Any red tiger/Rogue (BO2) camo
- BO2 pack a punch DLC camos. Mob of the Dead and especially Origins was my top favorites! Especially Green being my favorite color. So it helps much more. Again, $2 and you get it instantly for all guns! Wish BO1 pack a punch made it to both games, it looks awesome with the shiny red and black colors!
- Primal camo from BO2
- Ghosts with the rainbow stripes camo was awesome!
- Cyborg was cool, but it made you stand out faster, especially in dark areas
- Advance Warfare with the X-ray camo looked fantastic
- Dark Matter and other legendary finalist completion Mastery camos like IW were also Top Tier
The blue digital camo (from the iso) is low-key fire it’s like two camos mixed into one white baby blue and black details 😅❤
No one mentions Hemophiliac from MW2019. Loved that camo.
snow tiger in mw2 present day is my favorite camo in the game so underrated
that’s cool I wish I had it unlocked in Black ops 4 but it’s only on online

In BO the gold camo wasnt 50k, it was locked until you reached prestige 14, and then costed the same as the other camos, if I recall it correctly

The reason Orion doesn't look at good as nebula is because the skin/bundle team is using the wrong lookup table or color values for orinon. Nebula is using something close to whats called the hubble look up table. That is the color scheme the hubble telescope used to image all its deep space images and also what the JWST uses. When you see these colors most people automatically associate them with deep space.
The MWII team deviated from this color scheme, adding in too much blues in some spots and blacks. There's also not enough spots that look like stars and this is why most people were saying orion looked like an oil spill rather than a space camo. On top of this the movement still was too slow for a very difficult camo.
they put a gloss over the camo instead of having it glow
The problem isn't in the blue, I actually think it makes it look better, it's the fact that it's glossy and doesn't glow in the dark, if it would glow it would be one of the best camos hands down

bocw thrash camo got snubbed so hard. cleaner version of the classic red tiger and the unlock for it is relatively easy on most guns. always looked cool in video thumbnails

Personally I think soul eater is one of the best Bo4 reactive camos and the beast from beyond pap camo is one of the best iw camos.

Hey ghost i know your not really a big fan of cod mobile but in my opinion cod mobile has one of the best weapon skins variety because some actually have kill animation when you eliminate a player not to mention That they have different rarities for the skins and they dont actually give an in game advantage for those who have the weapon its just pure cosmetic but in my opinion cod mobile is the best when it comes to weapon skins

Best camos in COD exist purely in BO3 and BO4. The ONLY exception is Black Sky and Dark Aether.

MWII and Cold War's gold camos come close to BO1 gold, but the ratio of gold and black is not as good looking in those games as it is in BO1.
In reality none of it matters compared to the best camo in COD, BO1 wii gold camo, or mustard camo.
