Just found you on CZcams! Beautiful snippet! Just curious why you covered the pretty base lace? Why not use a lace fabric base on the muslin and then cover that with the beautiful pieces of lace. Seems like a waste.

Hi Debbie , yes I did have tutorial for all 3 projects. If you go back to my videos you should be able to see them . I believe I started the cover of the journal in a live crafting video with Ciara so you may have to check that video too . Thank you 😊

Thank you Karen, after sewing everything on, I then sewed on a piece of fabric on the back to cover the stitches 😊

Lovely snippet roll! I am just about to try one of these for the first time. When you sewed the first time using your machine, you did not say how many rows you did. Did you just sew down the middle or do two rows or whatever? I was thinking a short one to hang on the wall, but if I wanted to purchase a spool, where do you get those? Thank you for your time. It really is pretty!

Thank you for your lovely comment. You see it as many times as you like and it is just to secure the pieces together. You will need to either use pins or hand stitch them to the base first before you run it through the sewing machine. I hope that make sense. You can purchase these spools ebay or Etsy but they hard to get now or maybe thrift stores if you’re lucky. Good luck but most of all enjoy 😊
