One of the biggest questions I get is how to make running FEEL easier so in this video, we're diving into exactly that. These are my top tips for making your runs feel easier.

Always great to be reminded of this. Thank you!
Great reminders!
Thanks for your wise running counsel.
I needed this. Thanks dude
Its just what i need great coach
I run every day and I never bloody smile. Never. I will never, ever smile while running. Cool hat.
I can’t do those lunges in the warmup. Never have been able to either!
Running is a series of one legged squats. If you can't lunge, you won't be able to run very well.......
Define “very well”. I’m 55 now but I ran sub-17 in XC in high school and I couldn’t do those lunges then either!
Heat training is a poor man's altitude training. It does work though.
Smile 😊

Sorry bro, the whole ag1 cult thing makes me question your integrity.
What do you mean by that
The fact that you called me bro and somehow insinuated that I'm in a cult because I like a vitamin supplement is wild. It says a lot more about you than me. The fact is that I like it. I use it. And for runners training hard, it's great insurance to make sure you're getting the vitamins and micronutrients that will aid recovery. It's not a cure-all, you need to focus on fundamentals first, and it won't take the place of actual training. But as a "cherry on top" supplement, I like it a lot.
it's a brand advertisement, welcome to youtube
I love Jason’s channel and respect him for consistently putting out great content for free. But I know what you mean about the AG1 ads. Every time I see a new influencer pumping it I cringe a bit. Even if it’s a decent product everything about the way it’s marketed just seems so scammy.
@StrengthRunning So your a psychologist as well as a snake oil salesman, man of many talents.
