Alhaji Alabi Aloyinloun, you are such a great Yoruba speaker! Thanks for bringing Alhaji Jamiu Lefty Balogun and it is good to know that he is preserving the legacies of the Legends. We hope to see him work harder to revive the music of Sakara in the consciousness of our people.

I absolutely love Fatai Aloyin. Been trying to connect with him forever. This man is a treasure to Yoruba culture. Insightful, funny and well researched. Incredible. Thanks for such amazing works. I think I've watched every interview he's done.

Many thanks for your comments about Aloyin and MogbedeRadioTv. Unfortunately, Fatai Aloyin has gone to the other side of the world. We loved him but God Loves him more. I believe he's now in a better place with his Creator.

Mr mumu lateef, it is bcos you people are bitter of his success and absolutely myopic in thinking, you can't make research. Fuji today is what they call Fuja then, which simply means "Faaji". I wish @Ayinla Omowura is still alive today and give you more fools insight what "Fuji" means. @SAB is a liar for saying he brings the word "Fuji" from one mountain in Japan. May his soul rest in peace. He lied

Olalekan Odusanwo I think you may be right. But I’m not supporting you throwing insult on anybody. I was listening to one Ahinla Omowura two days ago and he mentioned that somebody was doing Fuji and that was 1974. I realized there may be more to what K1 said. Barry actually started calling his music Fuji, but there have been something called Fuji before he started calling his music Fuji. If you don’t believe it, listen to Ahinla Omowura music. He mentioned it many times.

Jamiu is a chip of the old bloc. He added some speed to his brand of Sakara to differentiate it from his father's brand. He is a pleasant performance. I was at one of his shows at the Lagos Airport Hotel few years ago and it is amazing how he dances on his sitting position position while ditching out his music.
We should note that the late Yesufu Olatunji Baba Legba (Ajao Ojurongbe) was also part Abibu Oluwa's band and he was second in the pecking order in Abibu's band and I'm happy Jamiu acknowledged it here. Sakara music is rich in philosophy, traditional praise singing and social order.
