It's a well known fact that he boozes them up before the show to loosen them up for onstage lol, those drinks they have aren't alcohol free you know. I wouldn't be surprised if they have a meal before so they can socialise and get to know each other & swap anecdotes to expand upon while on the set. Graham is a master at picking guests who work well together & he usually only has one that has 'flair' to offset any that are quiet lol
No talk show comes close tbh.
I'd put conan next to Graham. It's the only two talkshows I watch and both are just so good.

I have never really watched Hot Ones, but as I understood it, the presenter drives the conversation in specific topics and not boring repetitive questions from usual interviews, with very detailed questioning and resources to back it up. Essentially, Norton does the same, but it's not one-on-one, there are multiple guests and they mostly do the talking themselves, Norton only acts as a redirector to transition and catalyst at times, while Sean Evans really drives the whole interview with a reinterpretated setup. I prefer Norton's Show in that regard, it's a bit more natural and less gimmicky to really get people to enjoy each other and be natural, the spicy wings are just here to create a challenge and a funny situation.
