At the end of sharing questionares, collecting, tabulating etc. How can we run this type of analysis?

My challenge is that I have a high dose treatment group, mid and low. And I want to check if the effect is dose dependent. How do I run the analysis comparing the effect within groups. Thank you

If you mean to ask for the P-Value, then from the SPSS results output table, you can find the significance level in the table column designated as SIG. 3. If you meant to ask for where to obtain the significance level based on the degrees of freedom, the table of Student t-Distribution is freely available online. Try and download one. Thank you.
