@@olifox2080majority of warframe players dont do level cap. Revenant is also boring as hell. A game is supposed to be fun. Immortality is the only thing revenant offers and rev mains need to get over it. Rev is used by beginners or people who never learned to play without him.
Plenty of other frames that can make themselves not die and they are more fun and are way more effective

With just my old build, playing for a little bit before work, Inaros felt so good to play. Can't wait to make a new build and load him up with Archon shards.
Tbh I was not surprised at first but seeing this combo + vulvaphyla's viral stacking made me reconsider. I like that he seems to be directed to combo alonside other weapons/companions rather than just being 1 ability and be done with it 👏

Thanks for making this build, seeing the amount of Kavat's I can spawn is so fun, but I'm also using another build with his elemental sandstorm augment and even that one is good too. Both are super fun to play and viable in alot of content I do.

I reccomend inaros with gloom subsumed over his 1 or 4 (preferably with dessications curse on if you subsume over his 4) and hunter adrenaline and rage on him using a melee, its so much fun

congrats on being partner. i have always loved inaros, but he was just so bad, hopefully he is wayy better now
The only thing I'd change is the exilus to Coaction drift for more aura effect. Other than that it's a 5 forma build (3 normal + 2 umbra) or of you run rank 8 umbral mods it's a 3 standard forma build (without the exilus), 4 forma (3 normal + 1 umbra) for maxed out mods without exilus
I slapped 3 Umbral forma on him, worth it no regret
Four good arcanes that could work with inaros in armour wise is arcane ultimatum, arcane guardian arcane reaper and arcane grace (which in total is about 660 to 2100 armour if they're at max rank)
For health arcane reaper (again though it won't be the best), arcane grace arcane blessing (which is about 240 to about 1440 plus health regen if max rank) just want to point this out
However you can pick arcane avenger if you want to boost your weapon critical chance
Its a good day to return as a Inaros main.

I'll still use him as the "lazy weapons platform tank" frame, because that's what he's best at, but it certainly feels much better to have actually usable skills. The only problem I see is that now he's trickier to build. Beforehand, he only needed lots of health, armor, and then some duration and strength in case you helminthed something like Eclipse, Roar, or Xata's Whisper onto him. Now, his 4 wants range, and you also need some emerald shards on him to take full advantage of his corrosive armour strip, all of which come with opportunity costs.
Overall, good rework on paper, but this clashing of builds is something I generally don't like in my frames. Will have to tweak him some more to figure out how I feel about it.

I won't say meta but he's definitely shot up to the top 10 frames now. Stats won't reflect it because Inaros Prime isn't the easiest frame to get right now.

Max strength and max duration builds with every additive mod for those stats is just pure hilarity. I'm an old Inaros player who mostly moved to Harrow after getting tired of how slow Inaros used to be. Now the king of the sands is the most fun I've had with sand since building sand castles at the beach when I was five. Even without Archon shards, it's really easy to get to 8,000-9,000 health and Archon set mods from Narmer bounties just bring the whole thing home. Seriously, try Inaros with a 265+ duration!
He seems a little less impressive than i thought, but its still a big upgrade. When i was testing in the sim i had to hit enemies like a dozen times to revive but it was likely just a simulation bug. I don't like the idea of it getting worse and worse to revive yourself so eventually at level cap or whatever im sure he will still be too risky to use, even with the augment as that has a 30 second cooldown.
Im most excited about the nezha augment, it turns him into an S tier nuker and lets him use normal guns instead of being forced to use aoe in survival missions.

No, enemies will oneshot you no matter how much health you got at high enough level

The 3rd and 4th ability is kinda the only good things about Revenant, or at least in my opinion. Though the 2nd ability can be used to move faster while using the 4th, and heal (Tho only against ensnared enemies). And ensnare sucks on levels lower than 100... or with Nuke heavy teamates.

Inaros's rework was pretty great. It's nice to have a warframe with usable abilities. I still feel like they should've given him some kind of natural health gate or one-shot protection (there is one as an augment, but still), but past that, he's a genuinely good frame now.

@@thomaatoes2874 Archon Vitality for double heat procs, subsumed roar instead of dessication, you want maximum amount of power strength as possible,, range not very important because the augment already gives sandstorm decent range but it can help , i prefered going for equilibrium because my eff is 45%
You can decide to run Archon Intensify or Umbral if you don't like conditional power str
For the melee just take a Silva & Aegis and put a Melee Exposure on it, the weapon has only heat damage from base which is perfect for this
on the verglas you want viral + as much heat as possible and run fired up on the sentinel
That's it
Oh and two green shards for +4 corrosive stacks to fully strip armor and allow sandstorm to truly demolish most non-miniboss/eximus enemies. Overguarded enemies need to be dealt with with a weapon preferably at high levels

I don't find a comparison between Inaros and Revenant helpful. They play very differently. Especially now. Revenant requires zero effort to tank. Inaros with his new build is an active tank. You can't just use rolling guard then your two and then go to sleep with Inaros.

I find rev just really boring to play, the new rework actuslly lets you use all of inaros’ skills where before it was zero and rev you use maybe 2

Inaros is decent now, but still not good. Revenant is far superior even still. All old warframes have a better newer counterpart. And Inaros got two versions of himself, sevagoth and revenant, BOTH of which are vastly superior frames even after Inaros’s rework. But the main thing is that Inaros is actually usable now lmfao.
Saying inaros is a better tank than revenant is like saying your ford focus can beat an aston martin in a race because you bought his new ps sports package.
