You can reach out to Schleich with images of the damaged horse. They might be be able to send you a replacement or a partial refund.
I think I will try do that! I have gotten broken and missing part replacements from them before, so hopefully they will do something. I wouldn't bother reaching out for a few small scratches, but I was honestly shocked at the amount of paint missing. 😅

Sorry this comment is like 4 or 3 days after but the white horse looks like a Lippizanner and I need this set so bad and so many of my horses have scratches and I hate them so bad!
