What kind of valve adjusters does it have? Shims or screw adjust? 2,500km intervals shows they have little confidence in the metallurgy and proper heat treatment of the valves and valve seats
Honda 125 has much longer valve inspection intervals

use a good thin synthetic oil like 5w40 it might last longer between valve clearances
