I'm also facing the same problem, not able to resale my plot in Nature valley..
They promised good appreciation and resale after one year, but not able to resale on the original price also.. Now he is not responding to my calls..

The prestige city rajendra nagar చూడండి. డెవలప్మెంట్ అంటే అది. Jb ఒట్టిగా ప్లాట్స్ అమ్మేసి చేతులు దులుపుకుంటున్నారు. Jb lo అందరూ నివసించే ఏర్పాట్లు ఏమున్నాయి?!
Even jb serene city lo kudaa development ante em chesaarani....mana dabbu to roads lights pedite సరిపోదు. అందరూ నిజంగా ఉండడానికి కృషి చేసి చూపాలి. ఏమి ఉండదు.
No resale, this company doesn't care about customers after selling.. Think twice before buying, you lose your money.
This is a very bad infact worst place to invest.They just showcase few development done in JB SERENE City as there marketing plan and trap coustomers. You will only have to buy plots from them, beleive me they never ever help on Resale . There are 4 MDs and few other top management PPL .When you go with any concern they are least bothered. Very harsh answering people.

JB Nature vally 5 సంవత్సరాలైంది, ఇక అభివృద్ధి లేదు.. కేవలం డబ్బు దోపిడీ... మూడేళ్లుగా ధర పెరగలేదు, అభివృద్ధి ఆగిపోయింది..
