I actually prefer this one over the X5M. If I have the money for any of them, I don't give a shit about not carrying 100 boxes. This one looks a lot more fun to drive imo
At the end of the day it’s an SUV and SUVs are boring to drive, station wagons are more fun than that pile of shit, especially E63S wagon, RS6, and Alpina B5 touring.

I drove one today and actually loved it, funny thing is, I don't like how boxy the X5 is but love the curves on the X6, feels like I am inside a spaceship.

I'm with you. I had a 550GT back when and LOVED it. The "practical" space you lose is space that is rarely if ever actually used, especially by BMW owners. I moved two kids to college in mine - so much room.

It’s a good thing beauty is in the eye of the beholder as i happen to love the look of the X6M over the X5M..... Which is why I bought one......
X6 looks better than X5 imo. It's so aggressive and sporty. No one really buys an SUV to carry boxes anymore. Lol
I went to a BMW M driving event and the instructors mentioned that all the M cars are designed to have an optimal point of visibility and they teach you hot to set up the seat properly for driving. I do remember thinking the seat was way to high when I was setting it up but once dialed in and on track it felt great.
The instructors that bmw paid to explain how awesome BMW's are to you lol

Agree. Not just the engineering of that beast 4.4L twin Turbo V8 but the engineering of the transmission, handling and especially the suspension.
I’ve always liked the X6M vs the X5M I feel like all M series should have that mean sporty look
I found out first hand how special the x6m competition was a few days ago. This is one of those vehicles that you drive and never forget
I prefer the X6M over the standard "foot" look of the X5M! However, the AMG GLC 63 S does it waaaay better.

Edits on these videos are getting so good. Such clean cuts and beautiful composition. I think having the snowy backgrounds helps a lot, but y'all are making the most of it.

My wife, a mom to our 2 daughters, puts the X6 as her dream car. So even moms prefer the X6 over the X5. For X5 money, she would rather go a little higher and straight up get a Range Rover for the fam. But even some moms prefer X6 over an X5.

You can’t take it through a car wash regardless of whether they spray wax or not. Matte paint has to be hand washed for proper care.

The X6 has always looked better than the X5 in my opinion.
I currently have a 2020 X4 M40i and for what it is and the money you pay it is really fast, I can’t wait until the next replacement (most likely X6 M) to come in the next two years or so... I gotta tell you this SAV or coupe design SUV is definitely not for everyone, you either love it or hate it!

I really like the look of the X6, always have, though mostly because it looks like a great big ol' 1st gen Honda CRX...! And honestly, if I could afford an X6M Competition that looks as cool as this one, I wouldn't really care about the PITA paint or the reduced trunk space; I'd get it because it looks cool...! Plus at 6'4", having driven an X6, I dig how well it accommodates me...

I see quite a few of these X6s on the road. Almost got t-boned by one when the driver didn’t even bother to slow down at her stop sign. Then she gave me this look as if I was at fault. Kind of sums up what this car is about.
