My father bought a TVS Max 100 bike when I was in 6th std. Appa got retired last year, and I started using àppa's bike. There's lot of difference between buying a new bike and using àppa's bike:-)
Ankit Shelar please call me brother not sir.. 😊. I don't know much about building the bike myself, however in my bike the wiring was in good condition which came from the showroom I think. But I got a new wiring harness and just laid it out and got a mechanic give all the connections. However there are videos made on complete engine work to wiring technical description video. I hope it helped you. 😊

20w40 grade is what I use as well. Doesn't matter much what brand as it is used only to lubricate the gear box. Have you installed it yourself? Technically the new clutch plates have very less slip, I'm finding it hard to figure out what's wrong.
Hi bro. There are many ways actually. I personally didn't alter the silencer. I added an aftermarket air filter from BMC. You can use k&n as well. The conventional way however is to remove the muffler from the silencer and change the length. But if you don't want it very loud and don't want to spend a lot of money, just cut the muffler in the middle and put both the pieces in and lock it with the nut. The sound will be almost the same note but with Bass. I liked that personally.

You can follow what I did in the video. Obviously if you’re silencer is jammed it will not let the engine rev freely. Clean it thoroughly because it was last you years after that; no need to cut the silencer as unlike the ax 100 , you could remove the muffler from the end of the silencer with a 10mm spanner
Dents on silencer is common you could get it to a metal workshop and the guy with the welding machine can help correct the dent which will allow the muffler to slip out.
Hi bro it could be tricky. Start off by loosening the adjuster on the levers if that is all the way in. Remove the small door on your magnet side engine case. While fitting your cable if you find it hard to feed the cable's head try removing the part that holds it and mount the cable and then re mount it on the shaft.
Center case of the engine is different so even if you source parts it won't fit. One common mod is to bore the cylinder to fit a Shogun's piston which will give you slightly higher performance

Brother I don't have an idea on wiring. But you do get the wiring kit for max 100 which was non battery. You need to order from a good spare part shop. They still manufacture them.

Hi bro. I didn't do the wiring but the whole speedometer assembly has small individual bulbs whose wires are bound together to a plastic adapter kinda thing that connects to the respective female end on your wiring kit. Hope it is not that thing that is disconnected

Sorry for the late reply. If you're tall you might be sitting a little behind so solo might not be a problem, issue could be if you had a real pillion as well

Hello brother! In two stroke engines the insides of the engine is not lubricated by the engine oil, the engine oil you pour is just for the gear box. Oil is mixed with petrol for the necessary lubrication. That's why we mix oil with petrol. For Max 100 I will recommend 40 ml of oil per litre, for City and Hill riding conditions. However for long distance rides I'll recommend 50 ml. For the first 2500 kms after rebore or if you have a new cylinder kit installed like mine, you need 60ml oil per litre of petrol
I used generic paints that you get from the shops. However I’ll suggest you use primer on all surfaces except black plastics and high heat paint spray that you get online. As for black plastics, just wash them with soap well, fry them and use matte black spray on to make it look almost new
My bike returns around 45 to 55 depending on the way you ride. Increasing the top speed can be done in many ways and the comment section wouldn't be the right place to explain
I've never taken the oil pump apart but the way it works is, it is actuated by the throttle cable and the pump is connected to the oil tank on the side panel and the Reed valve on the other end. When the throttle opened the pump opens the passage of oil from the tank to the Reed valve. The driving force is the vacuum generated by engine during suction stroke.

If you are asking about the bike... Lol. It could be due to clogs in your silencer, get that cleaned alongside the carburetor. It must help also make sure you mix between 40 to 50 ml per liter, you will get smoke but that's normal.

s bro i did ... at the left side of my silencer there is a small dent i dont know how it came... so i cant able to remove my muffler
