Only thing that held me back from buying one is the question of holster reliability, I’d hate to have to buy even more holsters

You are correct in that a standard molded P365 holster would not work for this grip module as this has the "Gas Pedal" thumb ledges. You would need to use an unmolded holster or have on molded after the replacement grip module is installed.

Would have bought one of these but the dual gas pedals and funky trigger guard force unwanted holster changes. Make a X-Macro version without gas pedals and with a standard XM trigger guard and I'm in....
