I get that people are annoyed with Jimmy's fake laugh--but just think about how encouraging it is for the guests when someone is going along with their stories and laughing. Nothing would be more embarrassing than telling a story and it just completely falls flat. I know that his laugh is a little much, but he is ultimately doing it for his guests.

I think my absolute favorite thing about Jimmy Fallon is his GENUINE interest in the people around him. He's not just reading questions off an interview card or something, he really WANTS to know and to communicate with his interviewee and audience and you can really feel it. There is nothing more engaging than that!

+Andrea Allinger You're actually wrong, it's a "lip letter" (P, M, B) & therefore harder. It's one of the most common reasons pre-schoolers need speech therapy, they can't get the lip sounds. The letter D however, is just made with the tongue to the roof of the mouth, easier to manage. Typically (though obviously not always), a baby will say D before M or even P.
