idk why but making specialist dance eden green was so funny to me... anyways, I can't believe how lucky I got in this run, spindown dice combined with items like sacred orb and chaos completely changed the course of this run...

2:07 is one of the rarest events I’ve seen yet on this channel. The extra item from alt path disappeared, which is weird. Lavencas probably knows exactly what happened, but to anyone in the comments who doesn’t know what’s going on, I will explain it. As anyone familiar with Spindown knows, the item subtracts 1 from an item’s ID to reroll it. But what happens when you Spindown itemid 1(The Sad Onion)? Well, Edmund thought of that. It doesn’t loop around to the highest itemid. It just disappears. So, we can conclude that item was The Sad Onion. The chances of that happening are very low, so cool.

11:44 the enemies exclusive to the ascent back to home have damage scaling which reduces how much damage you deal until you hit a dps cap
Spindown dice is legit the best dice item out of any of them imo its like flip but you get more ghost items if you get more charges
D20 is better in greed mode, but spindown dice is also good in it because u can get toothpicks from the item room or shop(i think i dont play tboi anymore) so i agree with u

Since you are an appreciator of skill issues, there's a mod that makes the Beast laugh when you take damage (like the horsemen do). Very simple but nice

I remember once I was screwed because of the ipecac + death’s touch combo in rebirth. That was because it increased the hitbox of explosion knock back but not the hitbox of the damage dealing part + my shots were so insanely big, that I was not able to hurt anything. So that was pretty miserable

I think the three easyiest op items with spindown are consultation prize -> Revelation blood bag( the hp up) -> brimmstone and as u said toothpick -> acred heart
0:36 if I'm playing for fun I almost always go chest/dark room cause that's usually the path with the most items available and mega satan is a decent end challenge if I have a good enough run
There’s also the chance for delirium, which is a real test of your DPS
Always when I go to the beast I stop shooting right when death comes, just to enjoy his theme, I love it, but I love even more that menu theme motif on death's part

Personally, I usually go alt routes then go chest. More items and a lot of boss to test your build. You can go mega Santa and, ifyou’re lucky, you might even go to delirium.

i got ipecac as my first item when i was trying to go beast route, restarted cause of flashback when i died at the beats part cause an ipecac shot hit a spike on the top of the screen and did damage to me

When I play for fun I play greed mode usually, otherwise I go darkroom or chest
one question, How do you know what item you're going to get from a reroll before using the reroll dice?

Ipecac is really good, but sadly, some otherwise good item synergies are actually detrimental with Ipecac. For example, Mom's eye, Loki's horns, Cricket's Body, Monstro's Lung, Parasite, Lost Contact or Rubber Cement
imo if u know the exact id of an item/got a wiki page with it, spindown dice is the best item.

no. hes insanely powerful with enough tearrate
@@gdenderman985 *with insane tear rate, any character is good with good tears, and keepers gimkit is so shit that tainted keeper seems like what regular keeper should be, and they just forgot to make another gimkit for tainted keeper
Honestly yeah. His dps is poor, and he’s pretty much reliant on wooden nickel for consistent health, which neuters your options with him. T keeper is just the concept done way better.
Not sure how you’d rework him without making him broken though, pocket the wooden nickel?
