How to Make Pork Soulder Pernil very soft and the Crunchy Skin

- This is my version of the Pernil or pork shoulder
Ingredient
1 11 pound pernil
bowl
3/4 oil
2 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon Oregano
Salt tio taste
garlic to taste
black pepper to taste
baking pan
Aluminium foil
4 horas covered 350 F
2 hours uncovered 350 F - Zábava

My Puerto Rican family makes the pernil meat as hard as they can because they think it's good like that, but it's disgusting texture to me. I always thought I hated pernil but never knew you can make the meat soft. I made it myself one day and loved it.
