FOEs do respawn when you leave the stratum or heal at the guild spot (like at Kitt's camp) Also, you should seriously take some time out to do some naval exploration. It'd be worth your while.

Don’t forget the move reminder in the guild. Your pokemon might have good moves that they can remember when they’re fully evolved 🙂

the only bad point of this game is the size of the bag and storage, they get full easily
