Corn starch - 1/2 cup
Salt - taste according
Pani - 1 ½ cup
Corn Flour - ½ cup dusting ke lie
Filling ke lie
Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Green Chilli - 2 slit
Schezwan Chutney - 2 tbsp
Pyaaz - 1 slice
Capsicum - ½
Gajar - 1
Namak - taste according
Kali mirch - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Cabbage - 1 cup
Sweet Chilli Sauce ke lie -
Schezwan Chutney - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 5 tsp
Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Water - ½ cup
Corn flour - 1tbsp
Water - 3 tbsp

Tip for everyone when you are making sheets always use non stick pan if you have non stick dosa tawa you can also use that if you don’t use non stick the sheets wouldn’t become good

I am a beginner into cooking so I constantly follow your videos for new recipes even in facebook also after I started cooking.
One thing I am struggling with is which kitchen utensils I should use because in your videos I find many varieties so I use to search for the description box but there i find the same one that you might have uploaded earlier I guess. I would really really appreciate brother if you will suggest me some kitchen brand nonstick mostly utensils for daily use ( like wok pan, normal pan, kadhai) that I can use.
