For anyone wondering, they wrote this song about their 4 year old niece who died from a brain tumor while they were recording the album.
That’s so sad! I hope their niece is in a better place now. 🥺
So coincidental. I came here because i think i have a brain tumor. I went and got the MRI. But never made the appointment to see the results. Because im terrified of the results. But its only getting worse. Im praying but my enemies wont go away. But. If i cant beat them i can at least meet them and see how it goes. As a child i thought myself to be the champion of god. But as i lost my friends my dream my ex’s and everything else. I see i am just a man. But people have it worse then me right. Women men and children dying in ukraine because of an old sack of flesh. Girls being sex trafficked. Men in prison being abused and guards nor society dont care. Everyone whos already dead. Im only 19 but maybe i shouldnt complain. A little girl died from a bomb in ukraine and i saw it on the news. Maybe if i die i can see her. Maybe i can see 2pac and other greats who have passed. Or maybe theres nothing. Who knows? I dont. But thats just me and you have to remember that. Its just you and no one cares about your problems. If i die at 19 i got luckier then the 4 year old who passed. This life is gross but amazing at the same time which is hard to comprehend but maybe thats why im here. Maybe i can confront my demons and see how it goes. I had a pathetic but amazing life at the same time. And thats amazing if you ask me. I just wish i could kill my enemies before i go. If i do go soon. We’ll see how it goes. I dont even know who im writing this to but i still do it as i sit in this bath tub imagining what nothingness is like. Still itz a lot of regrets. Either way. When i meet my demons maybe it’ll just be another hell. Or maybe its hope. Either way. All i can do. Is keep moving forward

My school's dance team did a dance to this and b4 they did they said this song was based off a story. I don't remember it exactly but...
There was like this little girl and she was good even though she was in a bad world (abusive parents, poor, something along that) and she was killed. So when she went to heaven she danced with the angels and since she was too good and young to be dead they brought her back into a good world (good family and lives a happy life)

I might be dying soon due to a sickness I have. This song reminds me of my friends and family and what they must be going through, and it reminds me of myself and what I'm going through and thinking. I hold onto hope that one day I'll be ok and that I can go back to how things used to be, before I got sick. And I won't let go no matter what because I want to be normal again. My hope to be normal again keeps me moving inch by inch every day. I don't have cancer, and I don't have a tumor, but I've been suffering like this since I was nine, now I'm in my 3rd year of high school and I haven't been able to experience it, sometimes I can't even walk. y life has slowly and painfully been taken away from me all these years while I was forced to just watch, unable to stop it. Yet this song gives me hope that one day I can walk or even run again. I'm not going to lie, sometimes I wished I had cancer, just so then I could know that there would be an end to my pain. But now I find myself hoping I can go to prom, get a driver's license, and do normal teenager things. My condition hasn't changed for the better though, in fact it's getting worse and worse, yet I still hope.
Dont let this sickness pull you down. You're doing amazing, look at how oong you've held on already! I have my fingers crossed for you, i have my hopes up for you. Just keep believing, hoping and stay motivated. Even if you cant run, walk, try and do other things to keep you motivated. To keep you and your brain motivated and strong. Because i believe that theres gonna be a day you'll be better. Just keep your hopes up and you'll be doing alot better in no time. Dont let this sickness ruin your teenage years, do some other things that make you happy and healthy. This song really hits me....My dog's not doing so well. We know that when we take her to the vet, they're gonna.....you know. She's just so old...it's gonna be really hard for me, because I've had her since I was little. I don't remember a time without her. When she's gone, it's gonna hurt so much and I already know this because I've experienced the death of a loved pet before. A little kitten that got really sick and went down hard and slowly, but peacefully, thankfully. A few hours ago, I was sitting next to my dog, slowly petting her head, crying because I'd just put a towel on her to keep her warm, and I feel so bad that I didn't give her the attention she deserves. She's so sweet, she deserves more. She seemed to know I was upset, but didn't know why, and she licked my hand as if she was saying "It's okay. I'm here. I'll protect you. Somehow." And it just made me cry even harder, because she's the reason for my tears, but she just wants me to be okay. I even whispered to her that as long as she was okay, I'm okay.....but...she's not okay. She's having trouble walking, and my family is pretty sure she has cancer, too. The thing that makes it hurt the worst, is that I'll never get used to her being gone. Because, she was always there. All I know to do is love her as much as I can now, to try to make up for all those times I took her for granted. I've got to make up for it, before she's gone for good. My boyfriend made me promise to not hurt myself because of the fact that I'm gonna lose her, but I can't promise anything, because it can hurt so much, and sometimes it feels like the only way to fix it. I regret every scar, every red mark on my wrists, but I can't stop. Not because I want to.....but because I literally can't. It hurts too much. I feel like I can't take it. but I know I have to, no matter how much it hurts, so I cut to cope. But I know that it won't help anything, that it's only making things worse, but it's too hard for me sometimes, and I know that other people go through worse than me, so I'm not allowed to say anything, because others would see it as weak, and I'm really just normal despite my efforts to hone my 'amazing talents' my family claims I have. I'm nothing compared to time. That scares me. I don't want to die. I don't want to be forgotten like I'm forgetting those that died around me. Because once everyone who knew me is dead too, there will be nothing of me left. All I can do is leave my mark on as many canvases and pages and stories as I can, and hope that I'm remembered at least a little longer. Because I don't want to be forgotten....not like I forgot them......it hurts too much. I want it to stop. I don't want it to hurt anymore. I just wish someone would fix it for me, because I'm too weak to do anything. I seem brave to my friends, and they think I'm crazy, and funny, and weird, but the reality is that I'm scared and lost and I feel so alone. Everyone around me is gonna die one day, and there's nothing I can do about it. I want to be strong, I want to be brave, but it's too hard sometimes. I seem okay, but I'm just faking it the best I can. I just want to be happy, but I know that that's selfish, and I don't deserve to be selfish. I want to help, but I can't do anything. Sometimes its hard to forget bad memories , we know that these bad incidents would never fade from our minds. The more we think of it the more deadly pain is felt. No one is permanent in this world and no can ensure the person you want the most would always be on your side. If life shows you 100 reasons to cry then show life that you have got millions of reasons to smile ! Life would always make things hard for you to suppress you , to depress you but we would never give up. Being alone is scary beyond our imagination. Sometimes we feel like harming ourselves both physically and mentally. Loving yourself is more important than anything.

I have always dedicated this song to my little sister, who ended up dying of cancer. She was already suicidal, so her getting cancer didn't help out with it. I use to be able to hit and hold out those high notes, but as I got older, I couldn't DO it anymore. I always felt that I had let her down. Every time she felt like she couldn't continue anymore, she would turn on this song and sing along with it. She had the most beautiful voice in the world and I thought that after she won her battle against her cancer, she would become a famous singer. It was always her dream. It's been almost 3 years since she died and it still hurts just as much as the day she left this world. And everyday, if time I'll sing to it or at least listen to it. I love you Little Sis. Say hi to God and everyone else for me. Tell everyone that I miss them. I love you so much Sis.

One time I went to school, After the school i would expect my grandmother to call me (She would always call me after school) but now she didn't.... I didn't know why... I went in to her room and I went over her chest to listen... There was no sound.... We called the doctor but it was too late because the doc was late... so she died..
Then I had a Cat named Kitty then i went to a different country for months only i had my Elder cousin to take care of my cat.. but he was lazy and then i went home to say hi to my cat.... Then i never saw my cat my cousin told me she was looking for food because he didn't feed her now i'm mad at my elder cousin.... then my cat died in the streets.... :(

I know that feeling. My friend died. She wasn´t even 10 years old. At first I didn´t cry, because I wanted to be strong, but then when I was looking back...
She died few weeks after I left the hospital. I was the only one who was playing with her that time. And I was the only one who she was talking with (well it wasn´t really talking bc she was deaf, she forgot how to speak, but it took only one nod with her head and I knew what she meant) I was taking her out of her room to play on the hall. She was so happy. But I know...when she died she was smiling (there´s a company that is sending people to bring smile to the children in hospitals, and they were at her room making her laugh when it happened, she didn´t suffer because it all happened so fast, she just closed her eyes and when nurses came there was nothing they could do) ....I cried so much.

Been 2 years and i stopped crying
i just cried and cried for my grandmother she got sick or ell so me and my family where taking care of her but when all of us where asleep she died because she could not breath she tried and tried but she took the chance to be in a better place then this so the next day my dad thought she was asleep so my dad took my sister's to a fair but they thought I went to but I did not wanted to leave my grandmother so I started to shake her but she said nothing or move nothing so I went to her heart and that's when I new she was died so I ran to the church as fast as I could and started saying to God to "take care of her please" so then my sister's friends went looking for me for 2 whole hours I was still in the church so they found me later that day I was 5 when my grandmother died I was young so I did not know what to do. About 3 years later I went back you Mexico to see my dog but I was looking for him for 3 whole hours then my cuz told me that he died in a car crash so I was crying more then what my life was for me I was crying for a dog, grandmother and everything other thing that died well for people I guess. It was like I was crying my eyes out for 7years I was in 3rd grade at the time I think am 10 this day so it was 3 years ago heh my family still look at my grandmothers home or place it was broken we don't want to tought it we want the place how it is old I guess broken dirty I would say. I still live next to her house so I look at it when am sad down or other things I guess I just hope she is ok in heaven 😢😢
