- In this episode of Indore Street Food series, I would like to introduce you to the dude of Bihar who made it big in Indore. Started working as a daily wage worker when he was a kid, he went on to becoming one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the Indore Street Food scene.

As an indori I have witnessed his growth . In 2014 he used to have one stall at 56 shop ,new Palasia and one near Manik baug bridge . Now he owns two big showroom in 56 shop . And approx 50 personal work under him.

@@elhamuddinsheikh2868 it was at the start of the bridge from that khalsa statue side . On left hand side. I am not sure whether he is still there or not . But in 2014-15 he was running only two stalls.

We used to visit Sam's since our high school days when he used to set up a stall in front of the Titan showroom.
He even had troubles with the other shopowners who were so frustrated with his daily footfall that they tried like hell to shut him down.

This man is teaching a lot of business lessons to all those who want to earn huge profits in initial stage of business.
1. He invested initial earnings into business itself instead of personal luxuries .

During his initial times I've went to indore a couple of times,a friend of mine took me to him saying,"chal aaj tujhe dilli wale momos khilate hun indore mai",
I clearly remember the taste of it,i even conversed with sam then,he was very humble,after many years in aug'19 i went back and was genuinely happy to see sam so established and making the best of his talent,the best part is,i still see the sam so humble and down to earth.
