I've been aware of who the Foals are for years and years, but'd never actually checked out any of their tunes. Just happened to have a bit of time to kill on Saturday when I was meeting up with some people and walked into a nearby HMV and this was playing over the sound system. Instantly had to Shazam it, walked out of there with a copy of 'Life is Yours'. Man, I cannot get enough of this tune, it is so fucking awesome!!!needles to say I'm an instant convert, going to have to check out some of their back catalogue now.
I just went through the whole album and WOW this song stood out as a total instant banger, LFG boys!!!
Sounds like they were just jamming in the studio and went with it...an actual masterpiece 👏

Just bought the cd today. WOW WOW WOW This is one of the many stand outs on it. Love it all. They are coming to town in December and I registered for free tickets but I might buy one to make sure I get to go.

Also, don’t know if you’ll ever see this, but I started listening to you guys in 2008 when my first child was about a year old. He’s grown up hearing alllllll of your music (as has my 2nd child who is now 9). My husband and I got to see you guys on the Holy Fire tour in Tucson, then again on the What Went Down tour in Denver, then had tickets for ENSWBL tour in Atlanta in 2020 which of course had to be cancelled. At any rate, my now 15 year old son got to experience his very first concert last night when he saw you guys in Phoenix. Can’t say thank you enough for all the years and tunes. Our family’s love of Foals is generational. 😀. You’ll hopefully be our 9 year old’s first concert as well in a few more years. (Haha he wanted to go last night). Much love.
