Dear Lamise, On Saturday I prepared your Legume, and it was awesome. Thanks for the recipe. We ate it on Saturday and Sunday, but still had leftover for today from the veggies, so I prepared my hungarian version of it:) I fried bacon, sausage with garlic, then added to it some boiled potato, then fried it with the veggies and finally added sour cream to the dish for a few minutes. It was different, but very delicious. So, thanks for it again

Hi there! You can leave the chayote's out if you cant find it. It would be nice to have, but it won't make a dramatic difference. Enjoy and keep me posted

Sabrina L you can just don't use it cause the paste is just for color hun not for taste. Also if you keep moving the meat slowly in the pot it will add the color.

Ángel Rodriguez When I can't find chayote I replace with zucchini.
Can you just put the vegetables in a processor before steaming it so that you dont have to smash it after?

Car le boeuf est plus Sur que le poulet ...c 'est la raison ...
Si on met lé poulet avec Les legume ...on NE peut- pas voir la viande Elle devienne tres ecraser comme les legumes
