- Visual Pinball is one of the best free pinball simulators out there. Thanks to its compatibility with Visual PinMAME, an emulator of ROM images of real pinball machines, the authors of these pinball recreations make it possible for their tables to be enjoyed in a booth like a virtual pinball.
In this video I show you more than 150 pinball tables for Visual Pinball 10. During these last years I have been showing many Visual Pinball collections, here I bring you the first season of Visual Pinball Collections selecting the best pinball tables with their best moments.
Video with a high educational value showing pinball classics from 1966 to 2016

I bought a mini PC with a core i5 and in a 256 GigaBytes micro SD I have the Visual PinMame, I started adding tables, from the old electromechanical to the most recent Stern, (there are already more than 700 tables).
I will always be grateful to the magnificent community that creates fantastic recreations and also to the team that updates and improves Visual PinMame every day.
Hey there. Are you able to get any Future Pinball tables to run on your build? On my tiny pc that I have for my multicade build, it’s hit or miss depending on the VisualPinballX table, but FuturePinball either crashes or no audio.
@@Cargo_Bay Future pinball works well on my PC, maybe you lack some files or libraries in the installation of the program, I only use it for some original tables, the tables recreations I prefer in Visual Pinball 10
Funcionan las tablas VPX en tu PC?
@@jesuslb8116
Si.

When you noticed he gets to the Stern machines, that was the end of pinball. Many company's went out of business, including most of the distributors. Software company's stopped selling to the manufactures, and just made there own home systems. This was when video arcades died, you could no longer get the kid out of his bedroom. :(
1. Pinball machines still are popular (though obviously a lot more niche) and still get produced by companies by Stern, Jumpin Jack, Spooky Pinball, etc
2. The main reason why this video stops around 2016 is because that’s when tables started incorporating features that either Visual Pinball X doesn’t support or VP creators can’t easily gain access to, most notably the video screens (You can get video screens working through a third-party app, but if you wanted to recreate a real life table that uses it, you’d have to find a way to extract the video files which is probably easier said than done)
@@MrSkerpentine We only have left over Bally and recent Stern pinball machines in our arcade here. Williams and Bally stop producing in 1995. Lets not forget, Atari even made a pinball machine :(. I do have many Williams and Gottlieb pinball machines. I've folded up the older ones, with the exception of Shuttle and PinBot. After William's Pinball and C.A Robinsons distributers went out of business early 1995's. That's when i knew the home systems won the war. It is also the time no more pinball machines were being made by them 2 company's, only Stern was available in our distribution area. They survived by maintaining a certain % of the Arcade market. Now that my hobby is setting up Video poker, and slot machines in Nevada.
I noticed 'Scientific Games" Bought Williams and Bally and kept the Williams name for certain Sports book areas and Money return vending machines. So it was cool to see the old logo, being used once again. 2005-2020 was the Arcade time of Crane machines and Carnival prize machines\2-5 seat racing machines machines, this would include Legal and Casino Coin pushing machines. Skeeball was a luxury to have if you saved any or bought some from the past. They cost over 3,000$ to 6,000 per machine now. Which means you have to setup some kind of reward system for them. My comment about the disappearance of the certain pinball machines was based on the Year in the video, which is 100% correct. I couldn't buy anymore, once they stop producing them at that time period. I wasn't going to by third hand buyer costs for pre-owned machines. The same time period of each machines birth date was in this video and it shows very nicely when Williams and Bally's no longer are in the time production. I have one of these VX- pinball programs just like the one in the video, but i have a few more video machines. Each one like this one has a time period on the machine and it also shows when Williams and Bally no longer are in the Time period of Stern. Now i and anyone can still buy Williams machines or Bally's. We will have to pay more... And buying one still in the box brand new, is going to cost you more money to replace every capacitor and cleaning out the Battery rot. These nice machines have been sitting for over 35yrs for some of them. I do miss the 1980's-1997. That was best time to be a kid. The Arcade got the kids out of the house, and now some of the same programmers put them back in the house lol. "home system"
Howard Stern?
@@LordThreeStern is a pinball company, we also had Bally\Williams\Gottlieb\Data East\Even Atari tossed it's hand into the pinball ring very brief. almost all of them went out of business or restructured to survive. Some renamed and are into casino machines, and bill dispensers. Even the famous Arcade maker konami has branched out into making Video Slot machines for casinos. We all know what happen to old Atari.. "To much E.T and to many party's, with over producing to many crap games" lol
@@lisamaitland157 10-4. Understood. Danke
I have a home made cab and set up over 600 great tables. A HUGE thanks to all the hard work by various programmers who put their heart into it and lots of time. My all time favorite is Monster Bash!!
Nice, very nice. Loved pinball in the arcades in my youth. In the process of building my own cabinet so appreciate viewing available tables, thanks!😁
For three decades... from late 1940s to late 1970s pinball sounded all the same (the same to me at least).
Then for just a couple of years the chimes were replaced by primitive digital sounds, before Gorgar began to speak in 1979 and the wonderful world of pinball evolution exploded.
Hey thanks for making this. I had about 75% of these tables but quite a few were new to me. I took notes :) Thanks again.
name your best tables?
Thanks for showing all these awesome tables! I really enjoyed that!
1996 - Theatre of Magic - Bally/Midway
Missing the Best : 1992 : The Addams Family !!! 😍
These games are so badass. Watched the whole video. Wow 😯👍
All of this reminds me of The Pinball Arcade app on my PS VITA and I use to play majority of the games I was able to get before they all got delisted from stores. I would seriously love a re-release of the Pinball Arcade but with all the games included from the start and cost only $30.00.
It would be great.
Visual Pinball X tables are vastly superior to anything Pinball Arcade or Pinball FX has ever done. They aren’t even in the same universe in terms of quality and physics. And they are 100% free
@@kingbyouchoob2488 absolutely. Going back to Pinball Arcade after experiencing VPX is just jarring! Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Pinball Arcade at release, because there wasn't much in the videogame console market. Jumping on the VPin bandwagon and installing the VPX recreations on my ALP has been an amazing time!
Because of the way licensing for the table works, it will never happen
I've only ever played some of these Gottlieb/Stern/Williams tables on The Pinball Arcade and Pinball FX. But there are a bunch of Bally and Data East tables I'd love to play.
Brand new to this, thank you! So stoked on all these great tables.
You might be playing my machine. When I bought a real Batman TDK I took lots of photos that were used in some recreations
Considering a Legends Pinball by AT. Presuming this will port on that via PC? So Cool!!!
Wow, i really need to get into this

I see what you did there, 24:40. "I'll be back". Heehee.
The tables are available to download all of them, these 150 tables are very good
It's a fabulous hobby.
Amazing collection!
Incredible video. Thank you!
Excellent share 😊
I'd love to be able to download some pack with all the roms, sounds etc as getting each one by one and trying to install them with trillion of versions is a headache :(
What I don’t get is why VPF keeps roms and tables separate. Why not just include the rom in the .zip file with the table?
Where do you buy this machine? The play looks like great old school fun.
how do you get your screen setup like that?
Here's the 150.

@TR Old School Gamer Me has hecho viajar en el tiempo, se agradece. Me pregunto si tienes tutorial de Visual Pinball. Estoy verde.
This is very nice collection. Can this configuration collection be downloaded somewhere?
Yes

I played an occasional pinball game, some of them got real interesting. Played a bunch in college when another put me on to it too.

Some of them on Pinball Arcade!
I LOVE PINBALL!😍

in 1992 there was also "the addams family" pinball
Yes, as impressive as the compilation is; he did leave out the most sold pinball machine off all time. Some 20K+
I skimmed through it, and it is a nice selection, from what I can see. A lot of the tables I'm familiar with have versions I prefer e.g. Lord of the Rings and Batman the Dark Knight, and then some of them, like X-Men, are getting updates soon. There are many great originals such as Blood Machines, Halloween 1987 - 1981, Voodoo's Carnival and IT... maybe you can do a feature on those at some point.
Which version of Avatar is that? The blue pinball looks cool! I'd like to get it.
Please also provide some links where to get the new Pinball thanks
Awesome video. Thanks.
Sopranos, Tom and jerry pinball were good too
rip for williams
So sorry they got removed (the first time) for some reason. I so thought they never come back.
black knight 2000 is the best :)
How can most of these tables be missing files or missing controls? We all have the same type of keyboards even Macs have the same keyboard
what is missing
9:18 great!
Does it save high scores and can i play this on one screen to see the score?
Ghostbusters 2016 has been banned... too bad, can't download it from anywhere. :((
Missing Rollergames!!
I bet getting the rights to this table would be an absolute nightmare. Beyond just the Williams name.
Centaur my all time.
how do you work ghostbuster with dmd ?
Do you have download link for these tables?
Where can you download all that pinball?😊
Up
I have a cabinet with visual pinball and other simulators. But I can't change the appearance of the ball!? I would like it like the one you see in your video how can I change the appearance of the ball?? THANK YOU
You just change it in the image manager in VPX. Takes about 5 seconds. Google is your friend
You can also find it when editing the table in the right property bar, in the "visuals" tab there is an option called "ball_image". There you can also change with the different ones you find.
@@TROldSchoolGamer yes I know I tried many but that like yours I do not find it! Can you download it somewhere? Can you tell me the name of the image?
Where did you get this version of Firepower table from?
Thank you, but where can you download this for a PC ?
Could you do namco system 22 games next
Would be so awesome if we had a large fill we could download with every game here, I continue to have a hard time finding games and even getting the program to run them and its not my system fault its mine due to me not know exactly what is what in other words.
I have more visual pinball videos, but I have them under maintenance. Little by little I will be adding these videos to the channel, to update the links. In these collections I usually put the links of the tables and you will also find the version of VP that I have been using over the last few years. Here is a link to one of my videos:
czcams.com/video/gS7kzy-0kj8/video.html
However, I noticed that my main problem besides not finding an image like yours of the ball is that when the ball moves it loses its image that it has from still and merges with the table. What can I do? please help me I'm going crazy
I always play with the ball that comes by default, I never change it.
Wow where do you buy this
The tables and program to run them are free
Which site do I use to dowload these games?
You should use altcolor.
Do these play correctly on a wide body pin?

Estas se pueden jugar una pc normal? Gracias

Not a big fan of using a flat-screen TV and converting it as a table to create a "digital pinball" machine, i prefer playing these games using TV and a joystick.
